The Board of Directors of BioDue has examined the consolidated revenues recorded in the first nine months of 2018. From January to September revenues grew by +13.8% to 29.9 million euros. Spaxs, approved merger project with Banca Interprovinciale The Boards of Directors of SPAXS and Banca Interprovinciale have approved the merger plan for the reverse incorporation of SPAXS into Banca Interprovinciale. The administrative bodies of the two companies approved the request to the Banca d’Italia dell’Istanza for the approval of the merger.
